Delivery, storage, allergens: everything you need to know.
How long do the mochi keep?
Our mochi are fresh and preservative-free: they are best enjoyed within 48 hours. Keep them refrigerated and take them out 20 minutes before serving to restore their softness.
Do you deliver across Switzerland?
Yes. Orders placed before 4 pm are dispatched the next working day in a chilled express parcel (48 h). Delivery costs CHF 9 and is free from CHF 60. Pickup at the Bern atelier is free.
Do your mochi contain gluten?
Mochi is made from glutinous rice, which is naturally gluten-free. Some fillings may however contain traces (tree nuts, sesame, soy, milk). Allergens are listed on each product page.
Can I compose my own box?
Our boxes are assortments composed by the house. For a bespoke composition (from 12 pieces) or an event, write to us: we are happy to prepare personalised boxes.
Do you offer vegan mochi?
Several of our recipes are naturally vegan, such as the azuki classic or the black sesame. The mention appears on each product page.
How are orders packed?
Each mochi travels in its own individual cavity, in our black and gold boxes, with a cooling plate for postal shipments.
