Amai Mochi is an activity of Darius F. Scheidegger, Bern (Switzerland). Contact: amaimochi26@gmail.com. Orders are sent by email; payment is made on confirmation, by Swiss QR invoice.
Scope
These terms govern orders placed on the Amai Mochi online shop (Bern, Switzerland). By ordering, you accept them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made on order confirmation, by Swiss QR invoice, before preparation.
Delivery
Orders placed before 4 pm are dispatched the next working day in a chilled parcel (48 h delivery in Switzerland), or picked up at the Bern atelier. Delivery fee: CHF 9, free from CHF 60.
Fresh products
Our mochi are perishable goods: they cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 h with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Bern.
