Black sesame

Black sesame is roasted then ground in the atelier into an intense, almost praline-like cream. Elegant slate grey, deep toasted notes: our most addictive mochi.

Glutinous rice, black sesame, sugar, sesame oil, starch

Sesame. May contain traces of soy and tree nuts

Storage

Best enjoyed within 48 h. Keep refrigerated (4 to 6 °C) and take out 20 minutes before serving.
