Our signature: a lively, fragrant yuzu curd softened with Swiss linden honey. The Japanese citrus and the local hive in a single bite, bright and floral.

Glutinous rice, yuzu juice, eggs, butter, linden honey, sugar, starch

Storage

Best enjoyed within 48 h. Keep refrigerated (4 to 6 °C) and take out 20 minutes before serving.
